  • CRM Data: When you connect your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or CSV upload), we access your target account lists, contact records, and deal/pipeline information as authorized by you.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, including pages viewed, features used, and search queries.
  • Communications: Any messages, feedback, or support requests you send us.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Scryon platform and services.
  • Generate personalized event intelligence reports and match scoring based on your ICP.
  • Enrich your CRM data with event attendance predictions and fit scores.
  • Send you service-related communications, including updates and security alerts.
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve our products and user experience.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or CRM data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Trusted third-party services that help us operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice.

4. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

  • OAuth-based CRM connections — we never store your CRM passwords.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Scryon platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Scryon only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.
  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the platform without authorization.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the platform.
  • Use the platform to send unsolicited communications (spam).

7. Limitation of Liability

Scryon provides event intelligence on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all match scores, attendance predictions, or pipeline estimates will be perfectly accurate. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for decisions made based on our intelligence data, including event sponsorship investments, hiring decisions, or sales strategies.
